Glenn R. Davis, MD

Dr. Davis graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Texas A & M University and received his MD from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. During his last year, he was Chief Resident for the combined Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency program at Baylor College of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Davis co-founded his current practice, Cypress Physicians Association in 2002.
Dr. Davis was awarded Methodist Willowbrook Physician of the year in 2007 and 2008. In 2010 and 2011 he was named to the prestigious Aggie 100 honoring the most rapidly growing Aggie owned businesses in the world. He presently serves as a Mentor for the TMC Innovation Biodesign Fellowship, helping fellowship teams develop new healthcare digital products and medical devices.

Jessica Brooks Anderson, MD
Chief Quality and Compliance Officer
Co-Founder
Dr. Anderson grew up in Bastrop, Texas, a small town outside of Austin. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Biochemistry and Genetics. She also received University and Foundation Honors and was recognized with the Margaret Rudder Award for community service. Dr. Anderson completed medical school in Galveston at the University of Texas Medical Branch and received the Tanya Johnson Memorial Award for service to children. She remained at UTMB for her residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, which she chose as a result of her love of continuity of care. Dr. Anderson served as the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Chief Resident in her final year of residency and has been in private practice since 2008.
Dr. Anderson says “I consider myself to be a very good listener, and I pride myself on taking time with my patients. I find it a privilege to know my patients and their families on very personal level.” Dr. Anderson has recently remarried and is enjoying her new role. In her spare time, Dr. Anderson enjoys spending time with her sons. She also likes to volunteer, cook, travel, and participate in sports, including running, golf, and skiing. She is a member of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, where she teaches youth Sunday School and helps coordinate and participate in annual medical mission trips to La Romana, Dominican Republic.

Toi K. Boyd
Chief Executive Officer
Co-Founder
Toi has over 20 years of healthcare management experience. She has directed accounts receivable operations and held senior level administrative positions with large medical group practices such as Texas Children’s Pediatric Associates, Memorial Hermann, and FM 1960 Pediatric and Family Care Center. She has worked with the development of Electronic Medical Record Systems as well as Practice Management Systems.
Toi is currently the Administrator for a large Med/Peds group and directs a medical billing company.
Toi enjoys staying busy and keeping a hand in all aspects of healthcare in order to further her knowledge and better serve her customers and their patients.

Dawn F. Grimmett, MBA, LVN
Chief Operations Officer
Co-Founder
Dawn has more than 30 years of nursing experience. After several years of clinical nursing, Dawn joined a prominent healthcare insurer and served as a clinical coordinator, team lead and regional supervisor in quality assurance under their Medicare Advantage plan. She subsequently became a nurse paralegal, working in medical malpractice defense. While working full-time, she attended Our Lady of the Lake University and received a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration. Dawn is also a Chronic Care Professional (CCP) Health Coach.
Dawn is happily married and shares 5 children, five grandchildren and three fur-babies with her husband, Emery; she feels that parenthood was her greatest challenge and accomplishment. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys being home on Lake Conroe; she loves gardening and creating an oasis for the wildlife around her home. Dawn loves working with patients and truly enjoys connecting on an intimate level with each of our CCM patients.

Sandy Roberts, RN
Sandy has 36 years of clinical experience including Cardiac Cath Lab, Oncology and Emergency Department. Sandy has joined us after having retired from full-time direct patient care in the ER and is eager to continue to serve patients on a part-time basis. In her spare time, Sandy volunteers with Abandoned Animal Rescue (AAR) which is a no-kill shelter run solely by volunteers. She also volunteers with Faith in Practice and she attends a mission trip to Guatemala every year. She is very active in her church.
Sandy is also the proud mother of two grown children and has 2 grandchildren whom she enjoys spending active time with.

Trudy Wollgast, CMA
Trudy joins us with 36 years of clinical experience including Geriatric, Psychology,/Addiction and Recovery, Med-Surg, Critical Care, and Emergency Department. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Healthcare Management, as well as Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Outside of direct patient care, Trudy worked tirelessly with a non-profit organization on a start-up offering an incarceration-alternatives and resources to assist in drug and alcohol abuse recovery; while there, she led the clinical intake department and worked with administrators in developing protocols and standards-of-care and in writing policies and procedures.
Trudy was born in Vietnam and came to the US as a child, her father having been a military contractor working abroad. She is married, has 3 adult children, is the grandmother to twin toddlers with another granddaughter on the way. She also is the mom of 3 rescue pups - Angel, Xena and JJ.

Flor Reyna, MA
Flor joined CCMS with more than 35 years of clinical experience including gynecology, ENT/head and neck surgery and internal medicine. She spent several years also serving the community as a medical assistant in West End Clinic. In addition to serving many years as a medical assistant, she entered management, becoming a Nursing Coordinator, and overseeing clinical operations and staff.
Flor was born in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish, as well as English. Her family of 15 immigrated when she was a teenager, all having successfully navigated citizenship and her 12 siblings have all flourished in professional roles; a testament to the American Dream. She is married and has 3 grown children. She is proud that her youngest daughter, Sophia, is pursuing a nursing degree at Texas Tech University and works with CCMS during her school breaks. Flor feels that parenthood has been her greatest challenge and accomplishment and is blessed with one young granddaughter who calls her “Grammy”. In her spare time, Flor loves caring for her family, and enjoys getaways to Cancun with her husband as often as she can get away!
Flor loves working with patients and truly enjoys connecting on an intimate level with each of our CCM patients.
